DISTRIBUTION NETWORK:   



Catering to about 6000 outlets with an efficient team of experienced, enthusiastic, vigorous and persuasive 15  Salesmen, supported  by  continuous  guidance  of  three Senior  Sales  Executive and two store keepers to control the stock.
 
Regular weekly meetings of the Sales Executives are held with the JMD to review the market. Apart from this all salesmen meet are also held every month to study the market, to review sales targets, fix new targets, review consumers’ complaints & views to improve the quality of products & service, to launch or review the “incentive schemes” & to keep watch on competitors’ activities. This interaction between the sales force & the mgmt. Helps us improve our standards of service & quality of our products.

The firm owns following vehicles for its distribution:   

1. 3 Toner van - 3 Nos. 
2. Auto Trailer - 10 Nos.   
3. Standard 20 vans - 2 Nos.   
4. Scooter & Bikes  for  Executives - 5  Nos.

Each salesman is given pre-planned fixed routes whereby he travels & covers the retail outlet that comes enroute. He carries stocks with him in the van, makes spot sales & collects the payment. They also help the shopkeepers for the proper & clean display of the products, reshuffling of the stocks for keeping them fresh, advice on better methods of sales, explain & educate the consumers in the stores about the goodness of the products.
